Elbasan, Albania – 13 July 2026

As part of the DiVA – European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) project, a training event for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) was successfully held at the Municipality of Elbasan, bringing together local businesses to strengthen their digital capabilities and competitiveness.

The event featured expert-led sessions covering three key topics shaping the future of business:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its practical applications for improving productivity, automating business processes, and driving innovation.
Green Transformation and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), highlighting sustainable business practices that enhance resilience and long-term competitiveness.
Cybersecurity and Data Protection, focusing on safeguarding digital assets and addressing cybersecurity challenges, particularly within the agribusiness sector.

The event was made possible through the dedication and commitment of ConsciESG, whose leadership played a key role in the successful organization and delivery of the training. The initiative was further strengthened through the collaboration and support of ALBICT, University Metropolitan Tirana (UMT), Cyber Morfosis, DigitSapiens, and ABSL.

The organizers extend their sincere appreciation to the Municipality of Elbasan and the Mayor of Elbasan for their hospitality and continuous support in fostering innovation and digital transformation within the local business community.

Through the DiVA EDIH initiative, Albanian SMEs gain access to knowledge, expertise, and digital innovation services that support their transition toward smarter, more sustainable, and competitive businesses.

Në kuadër të projektit DiVA – European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH), u zhvillua me sukses në Bashkinë Elbasan një trajnim i dedikuar për bizneset e vogla dhe të mesme (SME), me synim rritjen e kapaciteteve të tyre në transformimin dixhital dhe forcimin e konkurrueshmërisë.

Gjatë aktivitetit, pjesëmarrësit ndoqën sesione të specializuara mbi:

Inteligjencën Artificiale (AI) dhe përdorimin e saj për automatizimin e proceseve, rritjen e produktivitetit dhe nxitjen e inovacionit në biznes.
Transformimin e Gjelbër dhe ESG, duke prezantuar praktikat e qëndrueshme që ndihmojnë bizneset të jenë më konkurruese dhe më të përgatitura për sfidat e së ardhmes.
Sigurinë Kibernetike dhe Mbrojtjen e të Dhënave, me fokus në mbrojtjen e sistemeve dixhitale dhe adresimin e sfidave të sigurisë, veçanërisht në sektorin e agrobiznesit.

Ky aktivitet u realizua falë punës dhe përkushtimit të partnerit ConsciESG, i cili luajti një rol kyç në organizimin dhe zhvillimin me sukses të trajnimit. Aktiviteti u mbështet gjithashtu nga partnerët ALBICT, University Metropolitan Tirana (UMT), Cyber Morfosis, DigitSapiens dhe ABSL, të cilët kontribuan në koordinimin dhe realizimin e tij.

Organizatorët shprehin mirënjohjen e tyre për Bashkinë Elbasan dhe Kryetarin e Bashkisë Elbasan për mikpritjen dhe mbështetjen e vazhdueshme në promovimin e inovacionit dhe zhvillimit dixhital të biznesit lokal.

Përmes iniciativës DiVA EDIH, bizneset shqiptare përfitojnë akses në ekspertizë, trajnim, shërbime inovacioni dhe teknologji të avancuara, duke përshpejtuar transformimin e tyre drejt një ekonomie më dixhitale, më të qëndrueshme dhe më konkurruese.
